Unbox the ICON Starter Device, insert an ICON Pod and it’s ready for use. 

We recommend fully charging your Icon Device before first use for optimal performance.

No buttons are required to turn it on. Once you have charged the device and inserted an ICON Pod, inhaling on the mouthpiece will activate the device. The light on the device will slowly illuminate, indicating that it has been activated.

To charge your Icon Device, attach the provided USB charging cable to the micro USB port on the base of your device. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a power supply.

When your battery is low, the LED light will flash ten times to warn you. At this point, connect your device to a charging point via the USB cable.

It takes approximately 45 minutes to reach a full charge, depending on the power supply. 

Whilst charging, the light indicator on your device will remain on and will flash 20 times to indicate the device is fully charged.

Thanks to the ICON Pods’ translucent appearance, you can see the amount of e-liquid that remains in your pod. Once the pod has visibly run out, it’s time to dispose of it and replace it with a new one. 

Lack of vapour and a deterioration in taste are other telltale signs of low e-liquid, so if you experience any of these, please replace the pod.

Although this should be a rare event, leakage can occur. If your ICON Pod leaks, remove it from the device and wipe off the liquid before inserting it into the device. 

Keep these tips in mind to avoid leaking:

- Puff gently - aggressive puffs can draw liquid into the mouthpiece

- Relax your mouth when you puff - try not to squeeze or bite the mouthpiece

- Without squeezing, place your fingers on the outer edges of the mouthpiece and click into place

If your ICON Pods excessively leak or continue to leak after these steps, please contact us

If your device has stopped producing vapour, please attempt the following steps.

- Check your e-liquid levels to ensure that your ICON Pod isn’t empty.

- Use a dry cotton material to clean the contacts inside the ICON Starter Device and on the ICON Pod. This should remove any moisture that has been in contact with them.

- Gently tap the ICON Pod to remove any air bubbles that may have arisen. 

- Insert an alternative ICON Pod to see if that helps.
